Why JZ Microphones was established?

Last decade a cluster of high technology manufacturing companies in Latvia experienced tremendous growth. During this time manufacturing company (Scruples) benefited one of the most. It created a line of well recognized in the market high quality technically innovative microphones under the brands Violet and JZ. (Scruples) team, while evaluating the development of these brands and the whole market of professional sound equipment, decided to spin off brand JZ and attract venture capital.

To develop JZ, a company JZ Microphones was established, where stake holders are company A-Z technologies and a number of private equity investors. The main goal of this new entity will be investments in the development of the JZ brand and establishing strong international distribution channels. By means of fresh capital and well established production facilities.
